Monitoring

We are monitoring an issue where devices using Super SIM may have experienced high packet loss for data connectivity. The issue happened between 16:25 PST and 16:33 PST. We are seeing recovery and are continuing to monitor for service performance. We will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
