We experienced an issue with SMS delivery reports to Multiple Networks In Australia, but the actual SMS delivery was not impacted. The issue occurred between 02:09 PM PT and 10:18 PM PT Jan 31 Pacific Time. During this period, customers may have noticed error code 30005 but the SMS were delivered. Our Engineering team has identified the issue and has already implemented the necessary changes.
