      SMS delivery was degraded for 32 minutes between 11:32 and 12:04 Pacific Time on 09/25/2021. During this period, customers may have experienced delays reaching recipients on the Sprint U.S. Network from a subset of Twilio Short Codes. The issue has now been resolved.
