        Function deployments issue is resolved and are fully recovered. You may now deploy with modified NPM module dependencies.

        Functions deployments are currently degraded because of an ongoing issue with npmjs. Deployments for new Twilio accounts, first time Function users and those that involve NPM dependency modifications are currently unavailable. Our engineers are investigating. Function executions are not impacted.
