        SMS Non-Delivery to Mexico Over Twilio Local Mexico Long Codes

        Resolved

        Twilio was informed by our carrier partner that the SMS delivery failures for messages to Mexico over Twilio Local Mexico long codes is caused by a regulatory change in the region. SMS delivery from long codes in Mexico is only guaranteed to the AT&T network. Delivery to other networks is not supported at this time. As the impact is limited to a small subset of customers, we'll be marking the incident as closed on the Twilio Status Page and will update affected customers via email with full details of the issue.
