Lookup API - Intermittent Failures for Caller Name

Lookup API was partially degraded for 530 minutes between 9:50 PM on 11/02/2022 and 6:14 AM on 11/03/2022 Pacific Time. During this period, Approximately 1-2 % of all Lookup traffic did receive no or stale Caller Name data. The issue has now been resolved.
