We are no longer experiencing delivery report delays when sending to the US Sprint network from Twilio short codes. This incident has been resolved.
Monitoring
We are observing recovery in delivery report delays when sending to the US Sprint network from Twilio short codes. We are also seeing successful recovery for inbound SMS messages sent from US Sprint to Twilio short codes for the last 1 hour and 20 minutes. We will continue monitoring the service to ensure a full recovery. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

Our carrier partner has informed us that a subset of SMS messages sent from US Sprint to Twilio short codes may not be received. We also continue to experience delays in receiving SMS message delivery reports when sending to the US Sprint network from Twilio short codes. Our engineers are still working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. We expect to provide another update in 16 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
