        Flex Overview Page in Admin Console Fails to Load

        Twilio Flex was degraded for 1 hour between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM Pacific Time on April 18th, 2023. During this period of time customers may have experienced loading failures when trying to access the Flex overview page in admin console. The issue has now been resolved.
