The issue affecting Super SIM connectivity has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.

Beginning at 10:06 PM PT, one of the GTP Hub nodes at a downstream connectivity partner restarted, which resulted in 9% of active data sessions being dropped. Devices would have been able to reconnect through another node by restarting the data connection. We will continue to monitor. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
