      Resolved
      Programmable Voice was degraded for a subset of calls in the UK for approximately 5 minutes between 4:15 AM and 4:20 AM Pacific Time on 09/16/2021 due to packet loss. During this period, a small subset of Twilio customers may have experienced dropped calls. The issue has now been resolved.
