Our monitoring shows overall improvement in carrier-side traffic congestion, and we are observing instant SMS delivery reports from Twilio Long Code at this time. Investigating

Due to sustained high traffic on the US carrier networks, we are currently experiencing SMS delivery issues from Twilio Long Code. Messages are queued due to capacity shortage, and customers may see delays when sending to certain US carriers.
