      Twilio Engineering has isolated the problem which caused a service degradation with Virtual Agent in US East and Speech that affected all regions. We are seeing recovery for customers. We will be monitoring all services to ensure a full recovery and will provide another update in 24 hours or as soon as the information becomes available.
