Flex was degraded between 07:51 UTC on 07/19/2024 and 05:15pm UTC on 07/26/2024. During this period, customers may have experienced issues with tasks being assigned to workers in the event the workers had special characters as part of their attribute skills and updated these skills during the impact window. The issue has now been resolved.
