We are investigating an issue where a subset of customers are getting error messages “An error occurred while authenticating your account. Please try again.” when attempting to login on the console. We expect to have an update for you in 60 minutes.

Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with logging in on console. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.
