      Beginning at 09:27am PT, one of the GTP Hub nodes at a downstream connectivity partner restarted, which resulted in 7% of active data sessions being dropped. Devices would have been able to reconnect through another node by restarting the data connection. At 09:42am PT, the GTP Hub node that restarted began accepting traffic again. We will continue to monitor.
