      Between 01:18AM to 06:02AM (PDT) on March 12th, Verizon experienced an industry-wide outage on their network which caused a subset of SMS sent to Verizon handsets on the East Coast to fail. During this timeframe, customers may have experienced SMS messages sent to Verizon handsets on the East Coast failing with an “Undelivered” status callback and a Twilio Error Code of “30003" or “30005”. Verizon have confirmed that they have now fully restored service and we can confirm from metrics and testing that we are no longer observing failures
