Identified

We continue to see issues in Brazil with the following prefixes: +5561, +5562, +5567. Calls originating in the Brasilia region and surrounding areas may be unable to reach these numbers. Calls originating from other regions and international numbers are connecting successfully. Our local partner is working on fixing the issue related to broken fiber connection. We expect an update within next 12 hours.

Investigating

We are experiencing inbound call failures on a subset of Brazilian phone numbers specifically impacting Goiânia (+5562), Brasília (+5561) and Campo Grande (+5567). Our carrier partner has confirmed issues within their datacenter and they are working on recovery. We currently do not have an ETA for resolution.
