We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery failures when sending messages to some Brazil Networks from local longcodes. This incident has been resolved.

We are observing improvement on SMS delivery when sending messages to Brazil networks from local longcodes. We will continue to monitor and ensure full service recovery. We expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

We continue to experience SMS delivery failures when sending messages to some Brazil networks from local longcodes with the exceptions of Vivo and now Claro, which are both showing successful delivery. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issues with the remaining providers. We will provide another update in 16 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
