      We were seeing degraded performance for Programmable Calls for 7 minutes between 01:13 and 01:20 Pacific Time on 01/17/2023. During this period, customers may have experienced issues viewing their call logs / pricing for Programmable and Trunking Calls. The issue has now been resolved.
