Intermittent Issues for Available Inventory, Active Phone Numbers, and Hosted SMS Service in Console and API

Resolved

A subset of customers were experiencing issues searching for available phone numbers and retrieving a list of active Twilio numbers and Hosted SMS numbers. Additionally, customers might have had issues onboarding new hosted phone numbers between 9:15 to 9:30 AM, and again between 10:00 to 10:50 AM Pacific Time on 03/01/2023. The issue has now been resolved.
