Resolved

Twilio SMS, MMS, Proxy, Verify, Lookup, and Proxy services were degraded for 30 minutes between 8:00 am and 8:30 am Pacific Time. During this period of time customers may have experienced issues on interaction with Twilio API with numbers to be rejected or returned with error responses. The issue has now been resolved.
