Our team is observing delays in receiving SMS and MMS messages. Our engineers are working with our carrier partners and have been informed of a network outage potentially impacting the connectivity of multiple carrier partners. We are currently observing intermittent delays receiving SMS from Australia, France, the United Kingdom and receiving MMS from the United States over a subset of US shortcodes. We will provide an update as soon as we have additional information.
