      We are no longer experiencing an error when trying to submit a ticket through the console. This incident has been resolved.

      Update
      We are continuing to investigate the issue that causes the error "Failed to create a ticket" when trying to submit a ticket through the console. The tickets are still being created, despite this error. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
