      Monitoring
      We're seeing a recovery in MMS delivery. New messages are being delivered normally. There is, however, a backlog of messages yet to be delivered. We'll continue to monitor the situation until the backlogs have cleared.

      Investigating
      We are currently experiencing delivery delays of up to one hour in sending and receiving multi-media messages (MMS) over long codes in the US and Canada. Shortcode MMS is operating normally. Our engineers are working on it, and we'll provide further updates as more information becomes available.
