This issue in regards to a SubsetCall Failures to WebRTC Registered Clients is fully resolved

We experienced an issue with WebRTC client registration from 11:35 AM PDT to 11:47 AM PDT. During this time, a subset of customers could not place outbound calls to registered clients. We are monitoring to ensure full recovery.
