We have identified an issue with the Customer Support Center where customers are unable to access the Submit a Ticket page when accessed through All Products and Services > Support Center on Console. The impact is limited to customers with Developer Support Plans. We expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
