The issue with Customer Support Center pages for Developer Support Plans has been resolved and is operating normally at this time.
Monitoring
We are no longer observing issues with the Customer Support Center pages when accessed through All Products and Service > Support Center on Console. We will continue to monitor for system stability. We'll provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
Identified
We have identified an issue with the Customer Support Center where customers are unable to access the Submit a Ticket page when accessed through All Products and Services > Support Center on Console. The impact is limited to customers with Developer Support Plans. We expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
Investigating
Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with the Support Center in Console. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.
