We have deployed a fix for the issue. Some requests for Recordings and Transcriptions are still seeing higher than normal latency, but the rate of occurrence is steadily decreasing. We are continuing to monitor.

Twilio engineering has deployed a fix for the issue and we are seeing a reduction in latency. We expect a full recovery shortly.

Requests to retrieve Recording and Transcription resources via the REST API may be delayed by as long as 200 seconds. Our engineering team is investigating this issue.
