      We have identified the issue causing email address validation error. We are working on the fix and will provide an update as quickly as possible.

      We are currently experiencing an account signup issue for users that have email addresses containing an underscore. These users can experience validation errors or repeated validation emails. Our engineers are investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as we have additional information.
