      Content Templates created and submitted to WhatsApp were encoded incorrectly for approximately 24 hours between 2024-02-05 09:27:57 and 2024-02-06 10:27:18 PT. During this period of time customers may have experienced non-english characters including emojis and characters containing accents appearing as '?' in sent messages. The issue has now been resolved. Customers will need to re-create the templates created during this time.

      Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with Content Templates submitted to WhatsApp. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.
