      Approximately 20% of Programmable Wireless data usage records from June 19th, were not timely processed and the corresponding usage was not reflected in the results from the Programmable Wireless UsageRecords APIs or in Console. The issue was caused by larger than expected files received from our downstream connectivity partner at the conclusion of a maintenance window during which no usage files were delivered that consumed all of the available resources of the processing service resulting in the job failing. Twilio increased the available resources for the service and reprocessed the usage records. The amounts of data used originally missing from June 19th are now properly reflected in the results from the API and Console.
