Super SIM was degraded for 8 minutes between 16:04 and 16:12 Pacific Time on 11/10/2020. During this period of time, devices connected with Super SIMs may have experienced unexpected drops in connectivity for active sessions. The issue has now been resolved and devices reconnecting are able to regain connectivity.
