      Carrier Lookup was degraded for 5 days between Oct 15 12:58:28 UTC and Oct 20 07:12:21 UTC. During this period, customers may have experienced incorrect values for the number type in carrier lookup responses for approximately 5% of the requests. The issue has now been resolved.

      Investigating
      Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with LookUp API where some numbers returns incorrect number type. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.
