Update
The engineering team are still investigating an issue with Voice Insights Call Events for Client/SDK Calls being Delayed. We are seeing issues with Video Insights data. Video Insights API and Console requests to get the data for rooms created after 3.00 AM PST might result in 404s. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 4 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
