We are observing recovery in SMS delivery delays and failures when sending messages to all MTN networks in the following countries Nigeria, Ghana, Sudan, Uganda, Zambia, Cameroon, Afghanistan, Congo, Benin, Guinea, Liberia, Guinea-Bissau, South Sudan.
