Our Voice product is now operating normally, and no calls are stuck in queue. We will continue to monitor for system stability. We'll provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

We are investigating an issue with our Voice product as some calls are currently stuck in queue for a small group of customers. New calls are processed correctly at this time. We expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
