Debugger Notifications were degraded for 19 minutes between 11:28 and 11:46 Pacific Time on 08/23/2021. During this period, customers may have experienced delayed delivery of error logs for customer webhooks and delayed lighting of the debugger icon in the Twilio Console. The issue has now been resolved.
