Update

The impacted list of Twilio Services has been operating normally since 14:50 PST. We are updating all impacted services back to Operational while we continue to monitor for system stability.

We are experiencing an external DNS issue impacting the following list of Twilio Services: Authy 2FA, Verify, Twilio Sites (Twilio.org, Support.twilio.com, ahoy.twilio.com), Functions and Assets.
The first alert went off at 14:13 PST, and we are observing recovery since 14:50 PST and we will continue to monitor and provide another update as soon as we have more information.
