Monitoring

The issue has been resolved and all MMS sent from US Short Codes are now being delivered successfully. We will continue to monitor for the next 30min.

Update

Most MMS sent from US Short Codes are now being delivered successfully and only MMS sent to Sprint handsets are still experiencing delays. We expect a full recovery of the service within the hour and will update when confirmed.

Identified

We continue to observe delivery delays when sending MMS from Twilio US Short Codes. The delays are reducing and we expect full recovery in the next few hours. We continue to work with our carrier partner to resolve the issue and will update as more information becomes available.

Investigating

We are currently observing outbound delivery delays when sending MMS from Twilio US Short Codes as well as delays in receiving Message Status Callbacks when sending MMS from long codes. We are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue and will update as information becomes available.
