Twilio Lookup API was degraded between 4:34 AM and 8:35 AM Pacific Time on 08/24/2023. During this period of time customers may have experienced 5005 errors on line-type-intelligence queries. The issue has now been resolved.

Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with Line Type queries when using our Lookup API. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.
