Monitoring

Our engineers have fixed the immediate issue. Faxes are completing as normal. We will continue monitoring the systems and will post another update once we’ve completed all the currently ongoing remediation tasks.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue with Programmable Fax. Customers may experience busy signal or carrier connection errors. This issue is affecting a few percent of the overall fax traffic. Our engineering team is working to resolve the issue. We will post additional updates as we identify the root cause and proceed to resolution.
