      Resolved
      TaskRouter and Twilio Flex suffered a service interruption between 2:40 PT and 3:10 PT. During this incident window, new Javascript SDK clients were not able to be initialized, including agents logging into Twilio Flex. Also during the time window, events to the Javascript SDK was not received by clients. This can result in reservations not being able to be accepted, and causing time outs.
