      We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Vivo Network in Brazil from Brazil longcodes . This incident has been resolved.

      We are observing successful SMS delivery to Vivo Network in Brazil from Brazil longcodes. We will continue to monitor to ensure a full recovery of the service. We expect to provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
