        Update

Our engineers have identified a fix for this issue and will deploy it on Monday Nov 1, 2021. We discovered an edge case where media message sending would fail in certain Conversations. The failures only impact SDK v2.0.x, specifically when the corresponding Conversation is created by the same SDK version. Other SDK versions are unaffected, as are Conversations created by the REST API (irrespective of SDK version). If you have a Conversation that was created with SDK 2.0.x, you can resolve the issue by using the REST API to update the Conversation's Messaging Service SID property.

We expect to provide another update on Monday Nov 1, 2021 or as soon as more information becomes available.
