      Twilio Programmable Messaging was degraded for 7 minutes between 4 Sep 2020 15:50 and 15:57 Pacific Time. During this period of time customers may have experienced a partial loss of inbound SMS messages. A small fraction of inbound multi-segmented SMS messages may have encountered the 30009 Missing Inbound Segment error. The issue has been resolved.
