Update

Transcriptions are being processed normally at this time. We are aware that a portion of transcriptions between 2015-09-19 1:20 PM and 2015-09-20 1:45PM are delayed. We are working on restoring them as soon as possible.

Engineers are continuing to working to resolve the issue of delays in processing to a portion of our Transcriptions. They will be processed at the time the service becomes operational. We do not have an estimated time of resolution at this time.

We continue to experience delays in processing a portion of our Transcriptions. Engineers are actively working to resolve the issue, and all affected transcriptions will be processed at the time the service becomes operational. At this time there is no estimated time of resolution.
