Update
We're currently experiencing an issue with the Live Chat feature on both the Twilio Help Center and the SendGrid Support Portal. Live Chat is temporarily unavailable through these portals. Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue. In the meantime, you may still be able to access Live Chat via the AI Chatbot in the Twilio Help Center. We'll share another update within the next hour or as soon as we have more information.
