All services impacted by an issue with Twilio Rest API have recovered and are operating as intended. This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring

We are no longer experiencing issues with Phone Numbers, MMS, Studio, the Console and the Flex platform. Customers may have seen 5xx errors in the console. Studio didn’t show the status callback URL pointed to Studio as well. Voice webhooks may have been missed, leading to stuck executions. This only affected new customers. Finally, customers may have not been able to complete console signups. We are observing recovery but we’ll continue to monitor for service stability. We'll provide an update in 30 minutes.

We are currently investigating errors for the Twilio Rest API, impacting multiple Twilio services. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.
