Update

We have confirmed with the underlying carrier that issue of packet loss to Twilio France phone numbers has been resolved. Voice, Europe is operating normally.

Our engineers continue working on the packet loss issue to Twilio France numbers with the underlying carrier and performing more tests to solve this issue as soon as possible. We will update you once we have more information.
