Twilio will conduct planned maintenance on the Ireland network from 23 Jul 2026 at 16:00 PDT until 23 Jul 2026 at 18:00 PDT. During this window, overall service impact is expected to be minimal. As part of our preparation for a future hardware replacement, we will relocate the backup (BT) router to a new rack and shift traffic to it. During this specific transition, there may be a brief traffic interruption of up to 90 seconds. Although redundancy will be temporarily reduced during the move, we are taking all necessary steps to minimise the impact window.

This scheduled maintenance affects: PROGRAMMABLE VOICE US1 (PSTN US1, SIP Interface US1), PROGRAMMABLE VOICE AU1 (PSTN AU1, SIP Interface AU1), and PROGRAMMABLE VOICE IE1 (PSTN IE1, SIP Interface IE1).
