      SMS Delivery over a subset of shortcodes to multiple US networks was degraded for 30 minutes between 9:02 -9:32 Pacific Time on 07/22/2021. During this period, customers may have experienced SMS Delivery Delays using subset of shortcodes to multiple US networks. The issue has now been resolved.
